Brokerage commission:
Under a purchase price of 7,000,000 HUF, a fixed fee of 300,000 HUF + VAT
For a purchase price exceeding 7,000,000 HUF, it's 4.9% + VAT
Other costs:
- registration fee: 20,000 Forint + VAT
Payable upon signing the contract, and if we sell the car, it will be deducted from the commission. - professional photography fee: 30,000 Forint + VAT. Upon request, we will send you the photos at the end of the transaction, which cannot be used for advertising purposes!
Also payable upon signing the contract, and if we sell the car, it will be deducted from the commission. - storage fee: 500 Forint + VAT per day. If the transaction does not take place and we have stored the car, a storage fee will be charged. The storage fee must be paid when the car is taken from the premises by its owner or representative, regardless of whether the contract has been closed. In the case of an ongoing transaction, settlement takes place afterwards; in other words, if the car is sold and storage fees have already been paid, they will be deducted from the brokerage commission.
- vehicle registration administration fee: 25,000 Forint + VAT. We handle the vehicle transfer professionally and through the “fast track.”
- custom consulting fee: 39,370 Forint + VAT / hour.
